Frequently asked questions:

− My site is slow. Is your hosting actually faster, or are you just moving my mess to a different server?
We don't just "lift and shift." Speed usually dies at the database or the cache layer. Our SLA includes a performance audit because we won't guarantee uptime for a site that’s fundamentally broken. We use tiered caching (Varnish/Redis) and hardware specifically tuned for Drupal's heavy backend. If your site doesn't load faster, the "enterprise" label doesn't mean anything.
− If my site goes down at 3:00 AM on a Sunday, who am I actually talking to?
You aren't getting a call center or a "we’ll get back to you" ticket bot. Our enterprise tier puts you in a direct channel with senior DevOps engineers who have root access. When we say a 15-minute response time, we mean 15 minutes until a human is actually typing code or rebooting services to fix the problem.
− Am I going to get hit with 'overage' fees the second we have a successful marketing campaign?
No. We hate that model. We architect for "burstability." Our infrastructure scales automatically to handle traffic spikes. We don't penalize you for being successful; we build the buffer into the SLA so your site stays up during a press release or a viral moment without a surprise bill at the end of the month.
− Are you just reselling AWS/Google Cloud and charging me a markup?
We use top-tier providers like AWS or GCP as the raw "dirt," but the "house" we build on top of it is purely our own. You're paying for the management layer: the security patches, the custom Drupal-specific firewalls, the 24/7 monitoring, and the expertise to fix a white screen of death. You can buy the server yourself, but we provide the peace of mind that it’s actually working.
− What happens if a Drupal security patch comes out? Do I have to pay you to apply it?
In a true Enterprise SLA, security shouldn't be an "add-on." When a "Highly Critical" Drupal core patch is released, we are usually on it before you’ve even finished your first cup of coffee. We handle the updates as part of the service because a hacked site is a failure of the hosting environment.
