The Challenge
Design agency RBK needed to redesign and launch a site for a multinational insurance group with an aggressive deadline.

Our Approach
OSS worked closely with RBK to deliver white papers on server platforms, CMS (content management system) features, and website production best practices. These documents allowed the various units within the company to determine the right feature sets and technology to build the site on. RBK's client had extensive security requirements, and we drafted a number of plans dealing with data integrity, penetration testing and content migration. At every stage of the project, OSS was able to provide fact driven documentation to the project's stakeholders.
